Felix Construction Company is seeking an Electrical Project Manager is to ensure the accessibility and traceability of job materials. Typically requires familiarity of electrical components/material and project management. Our projects vary in size and scope and are located throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area ($250k - $50M). The ideal candidate can communicate and work well with all levels of personnel and has strong math and analytical skills.

What You'll Be Doing

Work closely with clients, GCs, superintendents, safety officers, field personnel, estimators, project managers, and all other related parties involved in projects.

Work with superintendents and quality control staff to coordinate and effectively manage all reports, budgets, material schedules, work schedules, equipment purchases.

Process changes order requests, and related project administrative documents.

Generate effective and accurate submittals.

Review and prepare Operations and Maintenance manuals.

Professionally represent the company.

Work out of Felix’s Phoenix office but frequent site visits are required.

Who You Are

All applicants must have a great attitude. Experience in the water/wastewater industry, industrial or heavy civil construction desired. Experience with electrical controls is a plus. Exposure to industrial electrical is required.

College degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or equivalent years of experience in industrial electrical construction experience.
Electrical experience in the Water/Wastewater market is strongly preferred.
Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in order to maximize efficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of NFPA codes and inspection procedures.
Knowledge of electrical design, installation and/procurement.
Clean driving record.
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint).
Strong work ethic.
