About this role

As a Project Manager on Ware Malcomb’s Site Supervision team, you will oversee on‑site construction activities to ensure work is completed on time, within quality standards, and in alignment with safety requirements. In this role, you will support the Senior Project Manager with managing control documents, maintaining client communication, preparing reports, and participating in weekly project meetings. You will contribute to building strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service rooted in a positive attitude, pride in your work, reliable execution, and consistent follow‑up.

Your Role

  • Lead assigned projects from start to finish, serving as the primary project leader.
  • Manage the bidding phase by distributing bid packages to contractors, scheduling and conducting pre‑bid conferences, and organizing and reviewing contractor bids for client presentation.
  • Provide construction‑phase services in coordination with the Senior Project Manager.
  • Review contractor construction documents; prepare daily observations and weekly reports; lead weekly construction meetings; review contractor submittals and engineering drawings; track construction schedules; and review contractor payment applications.
  • Lead weekly on‑site meetings to ensure alignment on project progress and expectations.
  • Manage contractors on all job‑site issues and coordinate inspections with a focus on schedule, cost, quality, code compliance, and safety, in accordance with approved engineering documents and submittals.
  • Oversee follow‑up and delivery of closeout materials, including final documents and as‑built drawings.
  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong industrial planning coordination skills, including the ability to plan and organize materials, equipment, workforce logistics, and stakeholder alignment on industrial projects
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in an architecture‑related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial site supervision preferred
  • Strong computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak publicly to small and large groups
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing small to large project teams
  • Knowledge of local and international construction codes
