Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company’s products and services with a deep understanding of real estate offerings
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
  • Generate leads and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Organize daily schedules to reach out to potential customers and follow up on leads
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and property demonstrations
  • Handle client objections professionally and close sales effectively
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and booking documentation
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Consultant / Property Advisor or similar role
  • Background in Real Estate or Banking is preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Must own a car
