Proposal Manager

SUMMARY

The Proposals Manager runs the end-to-end development of compelling, client-focused proposals that align with strategic business goals and brand standards. Leads pursuit teams through planning, content development, and quality review processes to ensure timely and effective delivery. Collaborates across departments to gather technical input, craft tailored messaging and maintain a library of reusable content.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Deliver RFQs and RFPs accurately and on time.

• Deliver qualifications packages and other business development deliverables accurately and on time.

• Deliver interview materials and support the preparation of the interview team.

• Support the maintenance of CRM, OpenAsset, Joist AI and Adobe CC Libraries.

• Support other business development or marketing deliverables as needed.

• Assist with company events as needed.

• Assist with graphics, photography or videography projects as needed.

• Support the quality review of other team members' deliverables.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of architecture, engineering
  or construction industry proposal development/management experience.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud required.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, consistently delivering results with minimal oversight.
• Highly collaborative
  and team focused mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines.
