Public Relations & Communications Manager — Indonesia

We're looking for an experienced Public Relations & Communications Manager to lead XTB Indonesia's PR and corporate communications function. You'll be the voice of XTB in Indonesia — building media relationships, strengthening brand credibility, managing reputation, and advising leadership on strategic communications.

This is a leadership role where you own the communications strategy, drive execution, manage external agencies, and ensure XTB's messages resonate authentically with Indonesian stakeholders while maintaining global brand alignment.

Think: Strategic communicator + media relationship builder + crisis manager + executive adviser

Develop and own the annual PR/communications strategy, budget, and KPIs

Build relationships with Indonesian media and create proactive media opportunities

Lead press releases, announcements, and executive media preparation

Manage corporate messaging consistency (external + internal)

Handle reputation and crisis communications

Oversee compliance and performance measurement

7+ years in PR, corporate communications, or reputation management

Proven success developing communications strategies in Indonesia

Established relationships with Indonesian media

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (excellent writing)

Experience advising senior executives

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Nice-to-have:

Fintech/financial services experience, multinational organization experience
