We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and create, review, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.

• Execute functional, regression, smoke, and cross-browser/responsive testing for web applications.

• Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira or a similar defect-management tool.

• Perform API testing (e.g., Postman) and validate system integrations when required.

• Validate data using basic SQL queries.

• Support and contribute to test automation (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium).

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to clarify requirements and reproduce issues.

• Support UAT and production deployment validation; ensure releases meet acceptance criteria.

• Contribute to improving QA processes and documentation.

Requirement & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in software testing / QA, preferably for web applications.

• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC, and testing types (functional, regression, smoke, UAT).

• Able to write clear, well-structured test cases and bug reports.

• Experience with bug-tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).

• Experience with API testing (Postman or similar) and basic SQL.

• Exposure to automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) with basic scripting in JavaScript/TypeScript or similar.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
