Job Description

1) Minimum qualification - University (Bachelor’s) degree in accounting/commerce (CA/CMA/CFA/Semi Qualified or equivalent Preferred)

2) Sound Accounting Knowledge with Strong expertise in Bank Reconciliation, ensuring timely identification and resolution of discrepancies.

3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders/Client at all levels.

4) Good Analytical skills

5) 6-8 years work experience in general accounting/ record to report (closing, reporting & reconciliations)

6) Minimum 3-4 years of team handling experience mandatory, with minimum team size of 8 to 10 resources

7) Exposure to SAP ERP systems is preferred and would be considered an added advantage

8) Proven people management capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve business objectives

9) Ability to manage attrition, foster employee engagement, and build strong relationships within the team to maintain a positive work environment
