负责促进和保持企业良好的对外关系和正面形象，以提高企业声望；分析市场信息，筛选供应商，根据公司业务发展需求，完成机构日常的采购任务。To promote and maintain a good external relationship and positive image of the company in order to enhance the reputation of the company; Analyze market information, screen suppliers and complete daily procurement tasks for the organization according to the company's business development needs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Main responsibilities

主要职责

1.根据公司采购制度和采购流程，实施采购任务，控制采购质量与成本 ;

2. 协助采购经理推进养老院筹开和运营的采购管理工作，包括：询价、比价、签定采购合同、验收、评估及反馈汇总工作；

3. 制定采购计划，并监督执行；

4. 定期调查、分析和评估目标市场，收集采购需求要和提出采购时机建议；

5、协助采购经理对供应商进行评估、认证、管理及考核；

6、协助采购经理协调养老院公司各部门间工作。
