Purchasing operations and administration
• Implement purchase engineering activities on goods requisition process to ensure reliable vendor integrity, best quality, best price, and on-time goods provision.
• Provide feedback and suggestion to user related to the requisition to optimize budget
• Coordinating and validating goods request with the budget available
• Conduct price verification with vendor
• Provide and maintain purchasing database
• Provide follow-up on ordering problem and/or goods return process with supplier.
• Provide follow up on the invoicing and administration handling for the procurement activities.
• Prepare monthly report to the section head.

Purchasing strategy
• Conduct evaluation research on current supplier / vendor A
• Research and suggest prospective vendor to the section head
• Maintain and initiate a mutual relationship and communication with supplier / vendors.
• Propose input / improvement regarding to the procurement overall operation / business process.

Supporting management duties
• Arrange monthly activity report to warehouse section head
• Doing additional task as required

Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1)
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
