QC Engineer

Job Purpose & Context

The QC Engineer is responsible for production line quality activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform and maintain the quality checks on production line including IQC, IPQC, OQC and on-going witness sampling test.
• Apply solid understanding of quality control and manufacturing concepts to oversee the production.
• Issue report and work with cross-section team for FACA
• Output QC report.
  
• Train online QC operators
• Onsite customer audit

Additional Responsibilities

• Onsite production management
• Ensure P2i intellectual property is protected.
• Identify opportunities for improvement both in the deployment process and business wide.

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree

Essential Skills & Experience

• Knowledge and experience of the manufacturing processes used in high-volume consumer electronics devic
• Good Written and Reading English, CET-4 certificate

Desirable Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience at quality management. Better to be Knowledge and experienced of SMT, plasma coating, consumable electronics related
• Formal project or programmed management qualification
• Basic quality skills: familiar with 7 QC, know 5 quality management tools, familiar with 8D report
• Knowledge of standard problem-solving methodologies
