QC Inspector (Piping) - Qatar and Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced QC Inspector (Piping) to join our Oil & Gas project in Qatar. The candidate will ensure all piping installations meet project specifications, international quality standards, and safety requirements. This role offers hands-on field exposure and the opportunity to work on a high-profile project with a reputed company.

Position: QC Inspector – Piping
Location: Qatar
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 8–10 years
Industry: Oil & Gas (Piping Experience Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of piping works, including fabrication, installation, welding, and erection

• Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and international standards

• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs, and QA/QC documentation

• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients on quality matters

• Witness material testing and non-destructive testing (NDT) activities

• Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented

• Support construction teams in maintaining quality and HSE standards

Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience in piping inspection

• Proven Oil & Gas project experience

• Knowledge of international standards (ASME, API, ISO) and project specifications

• Ability to read engineering drawings and piping isometrics

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

• Willingness to relocate to Qatar

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 8–10 years of QC experience in Oil & Gas piping projects

• Familiarity with material testing, NDT, and hydrostatic testing

• Valid passport with minimum 9 months’ validity
