QC Officer

Job Description Summary ​

Supervise the quality of the product produced from the material used up to Finished Goods

Job Description:

• Supervise and verify system implementation to ensure compliance with company standard
• Monitor corrective and improvement actions recommendations for the Quality and Food Safety System
• Review reports provided by QC analysts for microbiology, incoming material, and in process control and report them to the QC Section Head
• Inspect and collect data on product complaints for follow-up corrective actions
• Oversee calibration programs for measuring instruments and follow up on results
• Conduct and verify trial runs with R&D for new products and packaging
• Supervise and verify production process alignment to the company’s Quality Plan and SOP.
• Review and verify stok opname reports and monitor OPEX
• Coordinate, implement, and evaluate the 5R and safety program
• Work with production teams to address any non-standard processes or products

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years in Quality Control/Assurance within manufacturing or food production, with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, bottled drinking water beverages, processing standard (e.g. GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, SJH), AMDK and Microbiology
• Strong communication and presentation capability
