Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s quality management system and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address non-conformances.
• Analyze production data and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.
• Conduct internal audits of processes, products, and suppliers to ensure compliance. Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Oversee quality metrics and key performance indicators, providing reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
• More than 2 years of experience in quality engineering or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process control.
• Proficient in quality tools such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis,‌ Statistical Process Control.
• Strong project management skills and experience in leading quality improvement projects.
