Position Overview

We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager. This role is a great opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about product quality and continuous improvement.

As part of DOGA’s Quality team, you will play a key role in supporting production, ensuring product compliance, and maintaining high standards across our operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial team with prototypes, part identification, and related requests

  • Perform final assembly and inspection of outgoing components

  • Maintain calibrated tools and ensure an organized quality workspace

  • Review and interpret technical drawings to inspect and analyze components

  • Analyze warehouse materials, field failures, and warranty returns

  • Prepare clear and accurate quality reports

  • Perform rework on non-conforming or suspect materials

  • Assist the Quality Manager with daily quality activities as needed

  • Communicate directly with customers regarding quality matters

  • Participate in customer quality meetings

  • Conduct on-site inspections when required


Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma required

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

  • Fluent in English (required); Spanish is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Familiarity with root cause analysis methodologies

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings

  • Experience with small motors is a plus

  • SAP experience preferred
