Quantity Surveyor

Salary Range:
- 66,000–96,000 NZD per annum

Benefits:
- 0–20% Performance-Related Pay (PRP) every month
- 2% medical allowance every month
- 20 days annual leave plus medical leave per year

Job Description:
- Responsible for executing company projects in building construction
- Take off quantities, pricing, and preparation of tender submissions
- Carry out site measurement, cost estimation, and cost calculation
- Prepare PS3 and other relevant documents for each project
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the project manager

Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
