We are a Country House hotel with a fine dining restaurant with leisure club facilities with conference and private dining facilities situated in the lovely Cotswolds. We are looking for a full time Receptionist to work within a small team providing excellent customer service to our guests. We are looking for a candidate who can offer customer service to a high standard an individual who is passionate about exceeding our customer's needs and who can work well in a small team, be smart and well presented, with an approachable and attentive manner who can support our Reception Manager and his team.

Experience in working in a similar hotel environment is an advantage and must be a car owner due to the location of the hotel. You must be able to work shifts 5 days over 7 days generally between 7am and 3.30pm/ 2.30pm and 11pm including weekends and bank holidays. We offer competitive rates of pay, share of tips, uniform provided, free on-site parking, staff discount on the use of the leisure club facilities, meals on duty, staff rates at other hotels within the group.
