The Opportunity:

  • We're looking for a Front of House Coordinator/Receptionist to provide quality management of the reception area by ensuring clients, visitors and staff are welcomed warmly with all needs met in a prompt, friendly, and efficient manner.

    • Day To Day You Will:

  • Welcome all KPMG and Dentons visitors, assist them with the sign-in process, notify the appropriate staff member of their arrival, and arrange refreshments through the catering team.
  • Work closely with the catering and facilities teams to ensure meeting rooms are maintained to a high standard and consistently present a professional image.
  • Manage meeting room bookings on the client floor, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to resolve any scheduling conflicts.
  • Respond to walk-in enquiries, including document drop-offs, requests for affidavit witnessing, and receiving legal demands or other important documentation.
  • Manage client and contractor parking requirements, directing visitors to the appropriate parking areas as needed.
  • Answer local and national KPMG reception phone lines, transferring calls to the appropriate staff, directing enquiries to the relevant divisions, and accurately relaying messages.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail to KPMG staff members.
  • Provide general reception support, including booking taxis upon request, ensuring newspapers, and reading materials are available for clients, issuing temporary access tags for staff, coordinating incoming and outgoing courier deliveries and stationary order and distribution

    • What You'll Bring To The Team:

  • Prior experience in corporate reception is preferred but not essential.
  • Solid communication skills including listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Experienced in delivering a high-level client service
  • Friendly and flexible “can do” attitude
  • An eye for detail
  • Well organised and efficient in maintaining general tidiness of working areas
  • A good sense of humour
