Reclutador (Temporal)

The client-dedicated recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process exclusively for a designated client, with a primary focus on supporting their operational ramp-up and meeting hiring targets for Customer Service positions. This role will own the recruitment cycle from candidate attraction and sourcing through screening, interviewing, selection, and coordination of the hiring process.

The Recruiter will work closely with the client and internal Recruitment team to understand staffing requirements, monitor hiring progress, and implement effective sourcing strategies to ensure positions are filled within established timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates according to the client's hiring requirements.
  
• Conduct candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, recruitment databases, referrals, and other available channels.
• Review applications and conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates against position requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and other stages of the recruitment process.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and upcoming ramp-up requirements.
• Monitor recruitment progress against established hiring targets, deadlines, and ramp-up needs.
• Coordinate closely with the client regarding open positions, candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring priorities.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports, including pipeline status, interviews, selections, and hires.
