As a Recreation Assistant, you will be part of the team responsible for creating enjoyable, safe and memorable recreational experiences for our guests.  You will provide friendly and enthusiastic service, assist guests with recreational activities and facilities, and ensure all areas are well maintained and operated according to hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly and enthusiastic service to guests using the hotel's recreational facilities.
• Assist guests with recreational activities, equipment and facilities, ensuring they are comfortable and properly guided.
• Maintain recreational equipment through regular cleaning, inspection and proper storage.
• Monitor the condition and availability of recreational equipment and facilities and report any maintenance or safety concerns. 
• Ensure all recreational areas are clean, organised, safe and ready for guest use. 
• Assist guests with special needs when using recreational facilities and ensure safety entry and exit from activity areas.
• Follow and implement hotel safety procedures and recreational facility guidelines.
• Provide basic assistance to guests in need and promptly seek appropriate support in case of emergencies or minor medical incidents.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management

Qualifications

• Responsible and attentive towards guest safety
• Previous experience in Recreation, Kids Club, Leisure, Sports or Hospitality is an advantage but fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
