As a Concierge Assistant, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, creating a warm, genuine and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.  You will be responsible for providing attentive and personalised service, assisting guests with their needs and ensuring they have a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guest in a warm, friendly and professional manner upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, directions and other requests.
• Be knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities, services, daily activities, events and operating hours. 
• Maintain good knowledge of local attractions, activities, restaurants, transportation options and recreational facilities to provide recommendations to guests.
• Stay updated on daily hotel operations, occupancy, functions, groups, VIPs/MIPs and special arrangements.
• Review the daily logbook and ensure all outstanding matters, guest requests and special assignments are properly followed up.
• Assist with guest enquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions. 
• Identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations and create memorable experiences through thoughtful and personalised service.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management. 

Qualifications

What We Look For

• Friendly, warm and service-oriented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia.  English proficiency is an added advantage.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist guests and colleagues.
• Previous experience in Concierge, Bellman, Front Office or hospitality is an advantage but fresh candidates are welcome to apply!
