About the Role
This is a full-cycle recruiting role at a small, high-caliber AI/ML infrastructure company where every hire meaningfully shapes the team's trajectory. You will work directly with founders and world-class researchers to bring in exceptional engineers and go-to-market leaders. The team is intentionally lean and plans to stay that way, so bar-setting and quality matter above all else.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end recruiting across both technical (engineering, product) and GTM roles.
Build and optimize recruiting operations and tooling, automating workflows wherever possible.
Partner closely with founders and team leads to define role requirements, evaluation criteria, and interview processes.
Develop a deep understanding of the product in order to pitch technical candidates credibly.
Source top candidates through high-signal and unconventional channels.
Screen candidates for technical competence and product or market intuition, including evaluation via portfolios and projects.
Support new hire onboarding and ramp.
Help define and run performance review processes, leveling frameworks, and feedback systems.
What We're Looking For
3 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience covering technical (engineering, product) and GTM roles.
Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts when engaging with engineering and product candidates.
Prior experience in an early-stage startup environment, with the ability to work independently at pace.
Experience building and optimizing recruiting operations, including workflow automation.
Strong instincts for talent quality and setting a high hiring bar.
A creative track record of sourcing through non-traditional channels and evaluating non-traditional candidate profiles.
Familiarity with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby, Juicebox, or Clay.
Experience using AI or vibe coding to automate recruiting workflows.
Exposure to or ownership of people operations functions such as onboarding, performance reviews, or leveling.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in San Francisco, CA.
