Our growing ID/DD program is looking for a Part-Time DSP Recruiter to help us build a dependable float pool and fill permanent Direct Support Professional (DSP) roles across our 10+ group homes. This is your chance to make a direct impact by reducing agency dependence and strengthening care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Post and manage job ads on platforms like Indeed and Bamboo
• Complete phone screens and communicate with HR for next steps
• Actively source and screen candidates
  
• Send offer letters and new hire packets via Bamboo
• Support onboarding: background checks, TB tests, CPR/FA, drug screens
  
• Track recruiting metrics to ensure hiring and retention goals are met
• Work closely with Office Manager in the recruiting and onboarding process

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of healthcare recruiting experience (ID/DD preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort using tools like Excel, Microsoft Forms, and applicant tracking systems
• A self-driven mindset with the ability to manage your own workflow
