Recruitment Consultant or Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Gloucester

To c.£32k + personal commission

The role: This position is ideal for an ambitious experienced recruitment consultant or experienced sales professional to join a small team as a 360 international recruitment consultant based in Gloucester, placing a variety of qualified professionals in a niche market within the global financial services industry. The role will include using search and headhunting techniques to identify top talent for a blue chip client base which spans the UK and Europe, utilising the company’s existing network, building your own platform and leveraging off the other international offices’ workflow.

The company: A privately owned specialist recruitment consultancy which has an international footprint with offices in Europe and the UK.It works in lucrative niche recruitment markets and has far less competitors than most other recruitment consultancies

The candidate: The company is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant or B2B sales person looking for a role as trainee recruitment consultant who wants to work in Gloucester for an expanding international recruitment consultancy.You will understand sales processes, be polished, articulate and intelligent with the ability to stand on your own two feet and be self sufficient whilst working in a small team.

The package: The base salary is in the region of £32k and there is a generous package on offer which will handsomely reward your successes and efforts.
