A pure delivery role for an experienced Recruitment Consultant.

The role: Working very closely with the Managing Director of a small boutique recruitment consultancy based in the City, this is a pure delivery role giving you the opportunity to deal with live business with existing clients on a retained, contingent and interim management basis, placing high level professionals within Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology, typically at salaries in excess of £100k across Financial Services and Commerce and Industry.

The candidate: The company is looking to hire an experienced recruitment consultant who wants to work in the Financial Services or Commerce and Industry sectors in a pure delivery and account management role.Experience as a Financial Services or Commerce Recruitment Consultant is not essential but working to the company’s high standards, values and ethics is.

The package: The salary can be up to £50k and is complemented by an extremely transparent personal commission structure which gives a very generous OTE.
