Recruitment Manager

We are looking for a recruitment manager that will manage all of our recruitment needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Hire and manage a team of recruiters that work for us in either a full-time or part-time manner
2. Be innovative in hiring people
   
3. Carry past experience in managing recruiters and very familiar with recruitment process
   
4. Must have past hands-on experience with recruitment as such experience is necessary to be able to lead other recruiters.
5. Must have experience in managing recruiters both on-site and off-shore
   

Qualifications

* Several years of experience in IT recruitment
* Some knowledge of startups and big data technology is helpful although not mandatory
