Recruitment Specialist - Real Estate Brokerage

Location: Dubai South Headquarters

Salary: Up to AED 8,000 per month

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in Real Estate Brokerage recruitment to join our team at Dubai South Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate brokers, sales agents, and support staff
• Handle hiring requirements for multiple departments and companies within the Group, including operations, administration, HR, finance, marketing, customer service, and other support functions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate professionals and corporate talent
• Work closely with management and department heads to understand hiring requirements
• Handle onboarding and documentation for new hires
• Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports
• Ensure timely closure of open positions across the Group

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience in the UAE
• Mandatory experience in Real Estate Brokerage recruitment
• Proven track record of successfully hiring real estate brokers and corporate staff
• Strong knowledge of UAE hiring practices and labor market
• Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and job portals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
