We are looking for a Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant to join our NORTH office (on average 32-40 hrs/week). The successful applicant must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, caring and a compassionate individual to connect with team members, parents and patients. It is also important that this person possesses a positive attitude with professional commitment and is friendly and out-going in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements:(The applicant must meet the following requirements)
- High School diploma
- Completion of an approved Dental Assistant program and certification as a Dental Assistant (RDA)
- Certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Must be computer proficient and able to learn new software easily (software used in our office is Curve Hero)
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to work during applicable business hours
- Ability to work well with children of all ages
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Pediatric Dentistry assistant duties
- Working in surgical center environments
- Sterilization and infection control
Qualifications and Skills:
- RDA License
- Scaling Module (Preferred)
- Proficient in English
