As aRegistered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care that supports residents living with dignity,choiceand independence. Working within our Seniors Communities, you will provide compassionate nursing care, undertake clinical assessments, contribute to care planning and collaborate closely with residents,familiesand multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive health outcomes.

Your Opportunity

This is a permanent part-time opportunity based atWarriewoodBrookVillage, offering 20 hours per week across three days, with Monday preferably as a mandatory working day.

This role includes conducting wellness assessments, wound care management, catheter care,monitoringhigh-risk residents, coordinating follow-upcareand working collaboratively with families, Clinical Leads and allied health professionals to support positive resident outcomesthat enhances their wellbeing and quality of lifethough inclusive care.

Resident Care & Wellbeing

• Deliver routine and complex nursing care, including wound management, injections,infectioncontrolandmedication-related support

• Conduct comprehensiveclinicalassessments andmonitorchanges in residents’ health and wellbeing

• Evaluate resident progress and adjust care interventions asrequired

• Respond appropriately to clinical incidents, illnesses,fallsand changes in condition

• Escalate concerns and liaise with doctors, specialists and healthcare providers whenrequired

• Ensure residents are treated with empathy,dignityand respectat all times

Communication & Collaboration

• Build trusted relationships with residents,familiesand representatives

• Share clinical knowledge and support colleagues to achieve positive resident outcomes

• Work collaboratively with care teams, allied healthprofessionalsand operational leaders

• Contribute to the review and evaluation of resident care plans

• Maintainaccurate,timelyand compliant clinical documentation

• Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary discussions

Quality, Compliance & Safety

• Deliver carein accordance withAHPRA standards, aged carelegislationandorganisationalpolicies

• Support a culture of clinical excellence, continuousimprovementand resident safety

• Participate in safety,qualityand compliance activities

• Report incidents,hazardsand risks in line withorganisationalrequirements

What You'll Bring

You are a compassionate and clinically confident Registered Nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships and making a positive difference in the lives of older people.

You will also need:

• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

• Minimum 3 years’ nursing experience

• Experience within aged care, retirement living,general practice orcommunitynursingor a high-volume clinical environment

• Strong clinical assessment, careplanningand documentation skills

• A current competency in urinary catheter insertion andremoval is highly desirable

• Sound understanding of aged care standards and funding requirements

• Current Driver’s License, good tohave
