Ramsay Northside Clinic is a 137-bed specialised mental health facility, providing high-quality inpatient and day programs in a supportive and compassionate environment. Our services include dedicated programs for mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, drug and alcohol treatment, and youth and young adult mental health. Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a difference in a friendly, collaborative environment? We are seeking motivated RNs to join our busy Mental Health Clinic on a casual basis.

About the Role

You will deliver recovery-focused, evidence-based mental health nursing care to individuals with acute and enduring psychiatric conditions, utilising comprehensive risk assessments, therapeutic interventions, and collaborative care planning to support patient safety and holistic wellbeing within a private clinic setting.

As a member of our clinical team you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients.

About You

You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

• Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurses)
• 3 years of experience in mental health care or relevant social services environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster
• Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth.

Remuneration

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $40.24 - $56.52 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)

Additional Information

• Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
