Registered Nurse Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of registered nurses to deliver excellent patient care.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and manage patient records accurately.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Active RN license.
• 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• BSN degree preferred.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

Education and Certifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
