Freedom24 is the investment platform of the international financial company Freedom Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FRHC), serving over 400,000 clients worldwide in the investment brokerage sector. Clients have access to more than one million investment products – from bonds and stocks to funds and options.

We are growing dynamically and continuously expanding our presence across Europe – with a current focus on the Lithuanian market. To strengthen our team in Vilnius, we are looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager who will help us build long-term client relationships and actively contribute to our business development in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with clients: attracting new clients to the company and developing relationships with existing ones;
  • Ensuring first contact with the client: conducting company presentations and presenting available investment products;
  • Resolving current client issues based on their individual needs and requests;
  • Regular communication and maintaining contact with clients to maintain trusting relationships, informing about new opportunities in the stock market and changes in investment strategy;
  • Administrative support: maintaining documentation, assistance in processing transactions, ensuring timely exchange of information between the client and the company;
  • Participation in specialized conferences and business communities, which includes: presenting the company and its investment products;
  • Interacting with the company's internal departments (marketing, analytics) to ensure high-quality customer service;
  • Analyzing customer feedback and adapting approaches to increase their satisfaction;
  • Preparing reports on the results of working with customers and the effectiveness of implemented strategies to create a portrait of the company's target customer.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience within brokerage firms, investment companies, or related industries, with a strong preference for B2C sales;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service quality;
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
