Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Media Buyer / Paid Ads Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
You’ll take ownership of advertising budgets, continuously test new approaches, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
You should have strong practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), or both. We’re especially interested in candidates who have a genuine testing mindset, you’re comfortable forming hypotheses, running experiments, learning from the data, and scaling what works.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
- Take ownership of advertising budgets and allocate spend based on performance
- Monitor key campaign metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
- Develop and execute structured testing strategies across audiences, creatives, messaging, bidding, and campaign structures
- Identify winning campaigns and opportunities to scale spend profitably
- Analyze underperforming campaigns and implement improvements based on data
- Conduct audience, competitor, and keyword research where relevant
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams to improve campaign performance
- Prepare clear performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations
- Stay current with paid media trends, platform updates, and advertising best practices
Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional media buying / paid advertising experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or both
- Proven experience independently managing meaningful advertising budgets
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance marketing
- A highly developed testing and experimentation mindset
- Experience with A/B testing creatives, audiences, landing pages, campaign structures, or bidding strategies
- Comfortable making budget decisions based on performance data
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with advertising metrics
- Ability to explain campaign performance and recommendations clearly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Nice to have
- Experience working with international clients or markets
- Agency experience or experience managing multiple ad accounts
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution
- Experience scaling successful campaigns while maintaining target acquisition costs
