Rental Operations Agent - Car Rental Industry

Salary: £26,545.00 yearly, plus uncapped commissions with the potential to increase your on-target earnings

Hours: Full time, permanent, rotational shift pattern Monday – Sunday

Key Responsibilities of a Rental Operations Agent:

• Owning the full rental experience from vehicle preparation, interacting with customers to handling returns.

• Providing excellent face-to-face customer service.

• Being a brand ambassador – positively promoting our products and services.

• Working towards targets to increase productivity and sales.

• Cleaning and preparing vehicles to ensure they are presented to customers in a safe, clean, and rental-ready condition.

  Ensuring that the rental car lot is organized and well-maintained

What we are looking for:

• A genuine can-do, positive attitude, above all else

• Someone reliable and motivated, who sees every day as a chance to improve

• Excellent communication skills

• Team-player

• Previous customer service experience is welcomed

• Someone who enjoys working flexibly as the role is annualised hours based, and who's comfortable moving between hands-on tasks and customer-facing work – no two days will be the same!

• A full valid driving licence with 12 months’ experience
