Report Checker - Haiphong, Nam Cau Kien

Check all test results and reports before releasing to the client: 
1. Review the test report from the typist, including checking for typographical errors, content, and report quality (including evaluating the report template, reliability of results, reasonableness of results, etc.).
2. Approve the corrected test report after reviewing on Starlim's systems (Communicate and provide internal support to teams such as CS/TA/CCL to verify information before approving reports)
3. Propose solutions to improve and streamline the overall workflow of the report team.
4. Assist the team leader in running daily reports (receipt forms/reports to be issued).
5. To ensure that the team members are following the company's OI, HSE, and Integrity policies.
6. Other tasks may be assigned by direct manager 

Qualifications

Require Chemistry Specialization 
At least one year of experience in testing or report typing/ checking is required.
Computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
Basic English and Communication skills
 

Additional Information

Knowledge of chemistry or electrical/materials/testing fields is a plus
Knowledge in IT/Excel VBA Macro is a plus
