Responsibilities: Researches various document related questions for Document Custody Services clients to ensure the quality of the collateral review and compliance with custodial agreements Reviews collateral documents and communicates document deficiencies through exception reporting Works with client and internal contacts to determine the source of problems and correct errors.


Qualifications

Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines Working knowledge of post-closing mortgage documents including Deed of Trust, Notes, Endorsement and Riders, title policies, and loan assignments Experience with entering information into Web enabled software.
