Resident UX Engineer

Entourage is an integrated venture studio that builds and funds the next generation of B2B SaaS companies. We combine a Venture Studio (Entourage Studio) with a Venture Capital fund (Entourage Capital).

To further our mission, we are in search of a Resident UX Engineer to create high quality prototypes and communicate and experiment new business ideas effectively.

As Resident UX Engineer, your main responsibilities include:

• Prototyping: build out prototypes together with our team. You are a fundamental part of the strategic process and not only an executor.
• Conduct user tests and gather market feedback.
• Collaborate with venture builders and users throughout the design process.
• Research and track new design and technology advancements in B2B software.

Requirements

• Experience working at a tech startup.
• Incredibly interested in technology and eager about innovation.
• Obsessed with high quality output.
• Proficient in graphic design with expertise in typography, effective layout creation, and color scheme development.
• Hold a bachelor's degree or above in frontend development, interaction design, human-computer interaction, cognitive science, or a related area, with a preference for a master’s degree.
• Excellent knowledge of UX design for mobile and web, stay abreast of technology trends, have strong design capabilities, and can present relevant examples of work. Track record of delivering superior design outcomes to clients.
• Collaborate well within teams (English), adapting swiftly to changes in a dynamic work environment.
