Responsibilities

- Frame structural components including king studs, jack studs, headers, and blocking
- Install baseboard, casing, crown molding, paneling, and trim packages
- Assist with or complete cabinet and siding installation
- Interpret and build from blueprints and construction drawings
- Maintain high workmanship standards consistent with custom residential construction
- Work independently or with a crew while maintaining jobsite productivity and safety
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of high-end residential carpentry experience
3–5+ years finish carpentry experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of window and door framing and installation
Experience installing:
- Casing
- Baseboard
- Crown molding
- Paneling
- Doors and windows
- Siding
- Cabinets
- Stair installation experience is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Must supply a **full complement of carpentry tools **, including specialty tools
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality required
