FOH SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the FOH team
• Train team members to ensure best-in-class customer service
• Manage POS system and guest food ordering
• Understand detailed food menu & communicate with guests
• Service, service, service!

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Ability to communicate in English
• Ability to adapt and follow instructions
• Ability to move freely around the kitchen
• Ability to lift loads of 25-50 pounds
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in teams and grow team members

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor
• Desire to satisfy guests and build repeat customers
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in teams and grow team members
