The Butcher Social Club is a living lobby restaurant offering lounge areas, game tables, swing seats, a two-story living green wall, music and artwork. It is a place where guests connect, hang out, meet and certainly have a great night out. Not only burgers but also other great food will be served accompanied with live DJ music every night. The location of The Butcher Social Club is also a popular location for amazing events to take place.

Requirements

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale dining environment.

• Exceptional understanding of dining service standards, trends, and customer expectations.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth.

• Foster a culture of excellence among the team, providing guidance, support, and training.

• Collaborate with the service teams to maintain THE BUTCHER’s high standards.

• Actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members.

• Drive promotional initiatives to increase restaurant visibility and engagement.

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dining environment.

• Located in or nearby Gibraltar (flexible with commuting)

• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
