Retail / Kiosk Concession Supervisor - Etihad Stadium

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Kiosk Operators throughout each event.
• Deliver pre-event team briefings and communicate key operational information.
• Allocate duties and ensure team members understand their responsibilities.
• Lead by example, promoting high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Provide coaching and support to team members during service.
• Escalate performance or conduct concerns to the Section Manager where appropriate.

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive fan experience.
• Ensure guests are served quickly, accurately and professionally.
• Support the resolution of customer queries or complaints, escalating where necessary.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment throughout service.

• Ensure food and beverages are prepared and served to company standards.
• Monitor product quality, presentation and availability throughout the event.
• Support stock replenishment to minimise downtime.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

• Follow all food safety, health & safety and licensing procedures.
• Ensure cleaning schedules and due diligence checks are completed.
• Report equipment faults, maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Promote safe working practices within the team.

• Maintain regular communication with the Section Manager and Culinary teams.
• Report operational issues or stock shortages promptly.
• Support colleagues across neighbouring kiosks where operationally required.
• Contribute ideas to improve service and operational efficiency.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Previous experience within hospitality, retail or food service.
• Experience supervising or supporting a small team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
• Good understanding of food safety and health & safety practices.
• Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends and event days.

• Experience working within a stadium, arena or high-volume events environment.
• Experience using EPOS or similar till systems.
• Level 2 Food Safety qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience training or mentoring colleagues.
