Renewal by Andersen is looking for energetic individuals to join our Retail Marketing Team.

Retail Marketing Representatives work at local retail locations, speaking with homeowners and scheduling free consultations with our design consultants for window and door replacement projects.

Responsibilities

• Offer FREE in-home consultations for window and door projects
• Schedule appointments using a mobile device
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends
• Friendly, outgoing personality and comfort talking with new people
• Comfortable standing and interacting with customers during retail shifts

Experience in these fields could be a great fit:

Retail experience, Sales Associate, Retail Associate, Brand Ambassador, Wireless Sales consultant, cashier, customer service

Customer-facing service roles: Server, Bartender, Host/Hostess, Event Staff, Hospitality
