Retail Sales Assistant – Shift Schedule (6am-3pm & 3pm-12am)

Overview

The Retail Sales Assistant plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience at our Image Centers. Working as part of a dynamic team, the Sales Assistant supports both operational and sales objectives. Responsibilities include the application of cosmetic products, waxing services, and providing expert knowledge of current beauty and makeup trends. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, maintain strong product knowledge of the Sacha brand, and consistently promote long-term customer relationships and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of product knowledge for the Sacha brand at all times.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
• Apply cosmetic products to customers in a manner that meets expectations and provide honest, constructive feedback on product performance.
• Perform waxing and other beauty services as required.
• Educate customers on Sacha products to promote brand awareness and encourage repeat business.
• Work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Assist with merchandising duties, including arranging, cleaning, and preparing product displays according to established checklists.
• Maintain compliance with all hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
