Job Description

We are looking for staff members to join our St George store. No hardware experience is necessary but a desire to learn and strong customer service skills will be required. You will be offered the opportunity to work in a role where you learn a variety of tasks that give you the scope to develop your skills and start a career within the Sunshine group. Must be available over weekends.

The role:

• Processing of customer sales
• Merchandising
• Maintaining store standards
• Customer Service - proactively approaching customers in store and engaging with customers, providing expert advice on products
• Your role will be varied as further responsibilities are introduced

Ideally you will have/be:

• Prior hardware knowledge/experience, desired but not essential as full training provided
• Ability to handle heavy lifting up to 15kg
• Sound Computer use including MS Office
• Excellent customer service skills
• Loads of energy, proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Team player who will help the team achieve sales targets
