Job Description
We are looking for an experience and knowledgable retail specialist to join our Mareeba store, supporting our customers in a range of areas including Paint, Power Tools and Power Garden. If you have a desire to learn and possess strong customer service skills, then please apply! The role:
- Processing of customer sales
- Merchandising
- Maintain store standards
- Customer Service proactively approach customers in store and engaging with customers, providing expert advice on products
- Champion the various retail departments, proactively identifying and implementing solutions to boost sales
- Attend supplier training to grow your knowledge of all hardware products.
- Work with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions, using your knowledge of products you will take a full approach to selling.
Ideally you will have/be:
- Knowledge and understanding of the Hardware & Building sector
- Self-motivated with a strong team focus.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Loads of energy, proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Team player who will help the team achieve sales targets
