RMA & Quality Control Team Lead (m/f/d) - (Chinese Speaker)

Your mission

• Lead daily team staffing, task allocation, workload distribution, and employee training.
• Manage RMA, product inspection, and quality control operations to ensure timely and efficient processing.
• Monitor team performance, operational progress, quality standards, and adherence to established processes.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve exceptions and recurring quality issues, implementing preventive and corrective measures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve cross-functional RMA, product, and quality-related issues.
• Provide professional support, ensure effective communication, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports, escalate critical issues and risks, and communicate resource requirements to management.

Your profile

• Experience in team management, production supervision, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to manage cross-functional issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Quick learner with the ability to develop strong product knowledge and understand relevant business processes.
• Basic people management and team development skills, combined with a strong sense of quality, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Fluent Chinese and sufficient English proficiency to work effectively in an English-speaking business environment.
• Engineering background required; experience in electronics, telecommunications, optical communications, quality management, RMA, product testing, or failure analysis is preferred.
