Team Coordinator - Packaging & Product Processing (m/f/d) - Chinese Speaker

Your mission

• Manage daily team staffing, work allocation, task assignment, attendance, and employee performance.
• Coordinate coding orders based on workload, priorities, and available resources to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor production progress, work efficiency, product quality, and adherence to SOPs and established standards.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training to support employee development and team performance.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and exceptions, coordinating with relevant departments when required.
• Drive continuous improvements in work allocation, efficiency, quality, and internal business processes.
• Report team performance, operational progress, staffing needs, major issues, and potential risks to management.

Your profile

• Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High sense of responsibility and strong execution skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Basic people management and team development capabilities.
• Fluent Chinese and sufficient English proficiency to use as a working language.
• Experience in team management, production supervision, or project coordination.
• Engineering background preferred; experience in production, manufacturing, processing, operations, or related fields is an advantage.
