- Implement process and procedures to assist & improve operational performance
- Effectively & Efficiently help to manage the departments targets in line with customers expectations
- Plan, Organise direct and run day to day operations of painting department
- Participate & jointly execute initiative on continuous improvement
- Provide coaching & mentoring to team members
- Establish working knowledge of molding and assembly departments
