Russian or Ukrainian - Customer Service or Interpreter (Portugal).

We are hiring: Russian/Ukrainian Speakers – Teleperformance Portugal (Remote & On-site Opportunities)

We are currently recruiting Russian or Ukrainian speakers for two projects at Teleperformance: LLS Interpreter (100% Remote) and ** Operations Customer Expert – Meta (On-site in Lisbon)**.

CLIENT: Our client is one of the largest companies specializing in multichannel customer relationships.

Tasks

1. LLS Interpreter – 100% Remote

Profile:

• Background in Languages, Translation, Interpretation, or related fields (preferred)
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to explain cultural nuances when needed to avoid miscommunication
• Ability to remain neutral, objective, and professional at all times
• Strong focus and concentration skills

2. Operations Customer Expert – Meta (On-site in Lisbon)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via chat, email, and phone
• Handle both inbound and outbound contacts to ensure effective resolution
• Deliver pre- and post-sales support for Meta advertising products
• Troubleshoot technical issues and report bugs
• Guide clients on how to use advertising tools and optimize campaign performance
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving customer experience

Requirements

General Requirements (applicable to both roles):

• Valid Residence Card in Portugal or EU Passport
• Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian + English (minimum C1 level in both)
• High School Diploma (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
• Availability to work in Portugal
