SAFe Scrum Master

Jalasoft is looking for a SAFe Scrum Master to facilitate high-performing Agile teams, foster collaboration, and enable effective delivery within a SAFe environment. This role will work closely with cross-functional and distributed teams, supporting Agile practices, removing impediments, and promoting continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Certification as Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience working inside a SAFe environment
• Certification on SAFe (SSM or SASM) desirable
• Experience with Jira
• Good understanding of the SDLC
• High level of communication in English, spoken and written, with distributed teams
