About the Role 🤔

We’re looking for a Sales & Account Coordinator to play a key role in supporting Quad Lock’s B2B sales activities across Europe. Partnering closely with the wider sales team, you’ll help ensure a seamless experience across customer accounts, order management, and sales processes. Acting as a central point of contact for customers, distributors, and internal teams, you’ll be instrumental in keeping operations running smoothly while delivering a high standard of customer engagement.

This is a dynamic role that blends sales coordination, customer support, and account coordination, with the opportunity to contribute directly to commercial growth through structured dealer engagement and B2B Portal activity. While the role is regionally focused, you’ll work within globally aligned systems and processes, giving you exposure to an international business environment and the chance to collaborate cross-functionally across the organisation.

What You'll Do 💻

Sales & Account Support

  • Support the Regional Head of Sales and Key Account Managers in the execution of key customer accounts

  • Assist with new line setup, product onboarding, and customer-specific requirements

  • Provide store-level and partner support, including order follow-ups, issue resolution, and coordination

  • Act as a key point of contact for Sales Representatives (independent and distributor-led)

  • Sales Administration & Order Management

  • Process and manage B2B customer orders across internal systems, including NetSuite, Shopify & EDI platforms

  • Manage order updates, backorders, customer communication and related administrative tasks

  • Support rebates, credits, and payment follow-ups in collaboration with Finance

  • Customer Engagement & Operational Coordination

  • Manage inbound B2B enquiries and deliver a high standard of customer support

  • Deliver pre- and post-sales assistance, including product advice, order guidance, and issue resolution

  • Onboard new B2B customers and support adoption of the Quad Lock B2B Portal

  • Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners

  • Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and logistics partners to support smooth order fulfilment and issue resolution

  • Revenue Support

  • Support regional revenue growth through dealer engagement, B2B Portal activity, and customer retention initiatives

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, increase repeat purchasing and overall account performance

  • Systems & Process Alignment

  • Maintain accurate data across CRM, ERP, and reporting systems

  • Operate in line with global systems, processes, and data standards

  • Contribute feedback to support continuous improvement across tools, workflows, and customer experience

  • What You'll Bring 🤝

    Essential Skills & Attributes

  • Previous experience in Sales Administration, Customer Support, or Account Coordination or a similar B2B support role

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong systems capability, ideally with NetSuite, Shopify, Monday.com, or similar platforms

  • High attention to detail with strong follow-through and ownership of tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across customers and internal stakeholders

  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach

  • Comfortable supporting light outbound activity and revenue-generating initiatives

  • Fluent English required; additional European languages highly regarded
  • Desirable Experience

  • Experience in wholesale, distribution, or retail environments

  • Exposure to logistics, fulfilment, or 3PL coordination

  • Experience supporting distributors or field sales teams

  • Familiarity with B2B eCommerce or portal-based sales environments

  • Understanding of Quad Lock products and customer base, or the ability to quickly build product knowledge
